Flip Flops Flip Flops Create your own fun and funky flip flops. Summer is here, so it's time to show off your feet. We are taking plain old flip flops and taking them up a notch. For this program you will need to bring your own pair of rubber flip flops (one size up from your regular size and preferably a solid color). This program is not suitable for those with allergies to latex. Please be able to tie a knot in a balloon. This program is for teens in 6th grade and up. Registration is required. Summer 2013 YA Programs2013 YA SUMMER PROGRAMS Silkscreen 5:30 - 7:30PM Teens let your imagination have free reign while we design colorful T-shirts. Your designs will be turned into stencils and attached to the silk screens, which will then be transferred to your shirts. A great experience is promised! Bring your own 100% white cotton T-shirt. Examine different type of plants under a 3D-microscope, and see how roots work beneath the surface in see-through soil. Projects involve building your own living Biome and planting seeds. These small plants will grow fruits and vegetables that you can take home and care for over the summer! Presenter Michael Carlin is a Mathematics Professor who regularly tutors students in preparation for the SAT and PSAT Tests, a key component in the college admissions process.
