Monmouth County Library > Services & Collections > Tax Forms, Assistance, & Links   Tax Forms, Assistance, & Links Tax Forms To assist people with filing federal and state income tax, the Monmouth County Library maintains a collection of the most common federal and New Jersey income tax forms and some New York tax forms during the tax season. In addition, the Library maintains a set of reproducible federal, New Jersey, and New York tax forms which may be copied. Tax forms and publications may also be downloaded from the Internal Revenue Service, State of New Jersey Division of Taxation and New York State Department of Taxation and Finance. Tax Assistance Between February 1st and April 15th, the AARP offers its Tax-Aide counseling program at some of the Monmouth County Library Branches. Trained and certified AARP Tax-Aide volunteer counselors help low- to middle income taxpayers prepare and file their income tax returns with the IRS, free of charge.
